Submit an Informational Request
Complete the intake form and describe the type of educational information or referral you are looking for. Do not include Social Security Numbers, VA login credentials, banking information, or detailed medical records. This information helps us route your request appropriately.
Internal Intake Review
Once received, your request is reviewed internally for routing purposes only. This is not a legal review, claims review, or representation of any kind. In some cases, additional clarifying information may be requested.
Compliance Acknowledgement When Required
For VA Benefits Education requests, an additional compliance acknowledgement step is required before proceeding. This is an internal intake step only — it does not constitute claims preparation, legal advice, accredited representation, or any service provided by the VA.
Independent Partner Referral
If appropriate, your request may be referred to an independent service provider based on your stated category. Referred partners are independent businesses solely responsible for their own services. DBA Veterans™ does not control, supervise, or guarantee their services or results.
Direct Communication
A DBA Veterans™ team member will contact you directly by your approved communication method — email, text message, or phone — with status updates and any next steps. You do not need to log in to any portal.
Referral Closed
Once the intake and referral process is complete, the request may be marked as closed within the platform. DBA Veterans™ does not guarantee any specific outcome resulting from a referral.
